This video is very informative and helpful with respect to human diversity in the workplace. It is also very beneficial to be aware of the legal implications that affect us all in the workplace.
The online course on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality in the Workplace was great! I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5. It covered a wide range of topics, provided practical strategies, and included interactive elements like quizzes and case studies, which made the learning experience more engaging. Contributions from industry experts and real-world examples added depth and credibility. However, there were occasional monotone moments, and the pacing of some sections could be improved and broken down with maybe a case study. Overall, it offered valuable insights and practical tools for fostering a more inclusive workplace.
This gives general training on the main areas to be aware of. Easy to follow and listen to.

I found this quite challenging with the terminology, it does feel a bit of a minefield but knowledge is power and I can definitely see how I can make some positive changes to my outlook on things I hadn't thought about.
