I got 100% in the test because it was so clear and brought issues that were current and concise
The short sections help hold my attention and the breaks were a good idea (although I chose not to use them). The speakers were engaging and easy to listen to. The visuals provided variety and knowing that a question was coming helped hold my focus.I felt some of the questions in the final assessment were far too easy but perhaps they served a purpose to highlight the obvious importance of the correct answer.
It would be useful if we could submit up to date copies of mandatory training certificates in this topic as for NHS staff we complete E&D on an annual/regular basis so this can mean a lot of repetition if we have to complete this version of the training too.
