Didn't account for neuro-atypical people

I'm glad we had some training but that it culminates in a test without obvious means to accommodate for people with specific learning disabilities to use accessibility options like read aloud and focus mode, is very exclusionary.

Accessible. Clearly delivered.

The course was pretty well pitched but it might have benefited from the introduction of a couple of authoritative voices on contentious issues. A little simplistic in parts, but as I say above it was eminently accessible and clearly delivered. The multiple choice questions were on the easy side - and I'm not sure they needed the 60 minute course to answer.

A real eye opener!

Although most of the points are pretty much common sense, it really pays to re-visit these to question your own belief system and be aware of the various forms of discriminations around.

A good learning tool

I have done several EDI courses but this is well presented and a nice inclusion having the highlighted breaks. Good there is a knowledge check to verify understanding as this is so important for peoples development. Nice certificate of achievement so this can be displayed for individuals and may promote further conversations with others about the subject.

Clear, helpful & genuinely informative.

A comprehensive, but clear and easy-to-follow account (a) of the Equality Act and (b) how an inclusive and supportive workplace culture can be created, based on equality and respect for difference and diverse identities.
