Very clear and informative training. Use of examples in the workplace were really useful and also the test questions throughout made you review what you had just learnt.
no introductory explanation to help the learner; and difficult to complete the learning with format used. Therefore took longer to do than envisaged.
Really enjoyed this course and it has given me a greater scope into understanding and implementing EDI not only within my working life but also in every day life.
