its good to know how to communicate with others and also what is and isnt discrimination

If English is not the participants first language, the lengthy wording in explanation paragraphs and double negatives in tests could cause issue. ie the test including the word "Passive" confused me - and English is my first language.

I didn't fully understand or appreciate the diversity and depth of content within this training course, and has definitely made an impact and will ensure I am more aware of being totally inclusive of all topics studied, as perhaps I have been a little bit dismissive unintentionally, and as peoples feeling are genuinely very important to me, I can see where I can positively be more inclusive and aware in the future.

A useful training course that provided a lot of information in an engaging and sensitive way.

Quite engaging, but I didn’t really learn anything new. It’s mostly common sense and the test was probably too easy. It could maybe be cut to half an hour like some of other training courses?
