Training was good. It was clear, relevant to today's issues and thorough. Personally I feel this training is best face to face and experiential. I suspect prejudice isn't something which dissolves on a course of this nature. Ideally we want staff to become able to genuinely feel inclusive and accepting, not just comply to compulsory training.

Very good learned a few things
I found the course informative but it was not easy to follow. I had to go back on subjects quite a few times to get the meaning. I liked the coffee shop scenario at the beginning and would've liked to see more of these types of examples. Lots of parrot type talking is not the best way to keep someone's attention, in my opinion. I scored 85% but could've scored higher if there were more examples provided that reflect real life
I felt the material was presented in an easily comprehensible way, particularly the gender neutral section Tgere is valuable information here for everyone in employment.
