A course easy to follow and navigate giving you the option to play back if necessary and set at a good pace.

Very helpful and fair information that ensures best practices at any place, work, home and elsewhere. I was impressed by the up to date account of the current world for eg: non-binary. It's a topic we should all know how to appropriately and fairly address.Thank you.

it was very' wordy' and the examples given were good although it was a lot of information to take in short time so I had to play the video a few times to gain a clearer understanding.

Covers a good range of topics/information which are important because of the diverse community in which we live. By understanding this topic, it helps us all to understand and incorporate individuals from a wide range of nationalities, age groups, educational backgrounds, religions, gender and cultural requirements.

This course is far and away the best one that I have done for some while. Being in my 50s I have not always embraced the subject matter of this course but it has been a real eye-opener in its discussion and explanation of the issues that can be alleviated by proper behaviour. Excellent.
