The course could be broken down a little. Too much information to take in.
The training exercise is easy to follow wherein there are numerous everyday examples to enhance the understanding of the varied subject matters. The two presenters are most articulate and are easy to follow making the training pleasurable.
The information contained throughout the presentations covered all aspects of living in a way that is acceptable to everyone. It is somewhat sad that we require such training in this day and age as being a decent person and treating everybody with respect should be a natural way of living.

Well presented and clear. could be improved by pausing a little longer on some of the lists so you can take them in without having to pause or go back
Enjoyed the layout and really easy to understand. Made me think about myself and others so was well worth the training
As a cleaner isn’t important to do all this training because we ate doing this job more than 10 years I don’t understand why all ways keep sending this kind test please don’t nake life so defficult you need yo concider about this kid test thanks
