Despite acknowledging that partner is a better term to include everyone during the training, the training refers to sexual orientation of "Same sex, opposite sex or either sex", which excludes nonbinary people. Having completed this training again, a year after I first noticed and raised this, it has not been fixed yet.
makes you think and helps you understand a wider diversity is good for the workplace and the work environment
This is the best EDI training I have attended in my 35 years of working in health care setting. The content of the course was clear with good examples and easy to follow + thought provoking.
