A very interesting module. Quite a lot of information to absorb but presented very clearly.

This is a good course- it explains potentially complicated legal concepts in a user-friendly and accessible manner. Concepts such as victimisation, direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, discrimination by association, harassment and the like are the subject of much employment related litigation but are explained clearly and illustrated with reference to proper, concrete examples drawn from realistic employment-related scenarios.
I found the course helpful and learned more than I expected to.
Course content a bit contradictory in that not many older people appear in images in the course and those that do feature in a negative manner
An enjoyable and thought provoking course about EDI and how it is changing society in many ways. If you really want to follow all the links and 'thoughts' etc, be prepared to spend much longer than the stipulated time.
