I really enjoyed the course, it was well structured, and it required my full attention given the complexity of questions to consider. Indirect discrimination was a focal learning point for me, as was how businesses can benefit from positive change.

This was very useful refresher training. There was a lot to take in and I did struggle initially with the different types of discrimination, e.g. indirect or indirect by association, but overall, it was an enjoyable course to undertake.
