The course explained lots of differing views/backgrounds etc and I think these things should be celebrated and encouraged. The best ED&I course I have completed.

I enjoyed the course. One of the key points that I took away from the course was to remember to challenge my own behaviour towards colleagues, and to reflect on my own behaviours. The course asked us to reflect on how we would feel, and to put myself in someone else's shoes, which I think is a very useful thing to do.

Covered a large topic well and noted where areas are more expansive than being explained and where to find out more information. The problem I had was they spoke too fast, so was hard for me to take notes. I need to write things down for it to fully go in and also I had to keep pausing the videos to look up how to spell words, as not enough written on screen. I can copy words and read but I have a problem thinking how some words are to write down due to dyslexia

i quite enjoyed this course, i think some of the content which is fairly in depth ie the different types of discrimination takes a while to observe so having maybe a few more visual examples would be good, i found watching the videos of role play certainly helped me to absorb this but the trickier ones i think personally i would benefit from a few examples of the same type of discrimination. It has certainly given me food for thought and to reflect upon how i conduct myself, view others and the way in which my organisation provides equality, equity, diversity and inclusion. I think we still have some way to go but moving in the right direction.

Simple, clear, useful and practical approaches to producing lasting understanding of the EDI context. VArious ways of learning, which enhanced the content.
