Makes you think before putting things into practise around others that choose to be different to yourself/and believes
Excellent on-line course on the key features of the Equality Act and EDI, which stresses the responsibilities of employer organisations and employees, and the benefits to all of creating a truly inclusive workplace environment. Accessible, with an easy to follow format of short video sessions with short summary texts; ending in a short test. Useful additional information is also provided.

The course was good and thought provoking although a little bit too long time wise
