Very good

Clear and concise

Time consuming

Clear and concise video but 1 hour is too long to be able to sit and complete it whilst on duty. I had to complete it in 2 stages.

It was perfect.

I can say that it opened my eyes in some places. I think I can look at these things differently now. Thanks a lot.

Peoples characteristics -

Hi, This was an interesting and informative session. I am 50+ and recent changes to accepted gender identity I am not familiar with, so this gave me a little insight on how to attempt to be inoffensive in certain situations that I have limited/no life experience with. So thank you. However, the training does emphasize that each individual should provide a sympathetic ear and be there to listen. I believe I am capable of this empathy and compassionate consideration, however I know many men and women who, either by ignorance, education, their ability, would not have the agility to comprehend the compassion of individuals. Understanding that this training is an aid to educate and prevent discrimination of any type, isn't it possible that people with a lower IQ or deficient empathetic reasoning will never grasp the concept and these people eventually become victims themselves? Not all people have the ability to be "politically correct and compassionate/considerate" and may be undesirable, but none the less human. They are unable to process their caring side of human nature.

patronising

I thought this training was dreadful. Spoon feeding ideologies that I don't support or feel are valuable to anyones well being, society or life. Another example of our right to have differing opinions and values being completely eroded to create further divisions in society.

Good

Good short course it has refreshed my memory

Far too lengthy.

Didn't cover all equality subjects and therefore could cause offence to people outside of the subject matter covered in the course. The 'test' at the end was listed as a quiz and had little explanation on how this is or will be monitored or used, if at all.
