Common Sense

Great distinction between "equality" and "equity." This training video makes the mind boggle at the inner workings of the "pro-fascist" (anti-woke) movement pushed by government figures and such media as the sun and daily mail?

good course, lots of information

great course lots of knowledge to absorb , very interesting

Concise, understandable and encouraging.

A lot packed into around 1 hour of training, but I appreciated the breadth of it. I liked the emphasis and vision of creating a workplace where everyone is valued and encouraged in working as part of a team.

The essential elements were covered.

This is quite a complex subject. I think the basics, particularly in respect of protected characteristics were covered in a clear and concise manner, as should be the case, given the fact the individuals from a wide range of workplace settings at differing levels will be expected to take and pass the course.

very good course

Essential course for any organisation.

Tailor to different levels

I found the course very detailed and thorough, which is great if you are management level, but it is too comprehensive for entry level workers, such as myself. All aspects of this course should be tailored to different levels of employment, without losing the content.
