Learnt a lot on equality and diversity. Enjoyed the test and training videos.
Remembering I am objective & l do really try hard to follow all of these guidelines , I have a team with two polish , one Lithuanian , & one English - one of my team has worked for me 17 years it was good to embrace the unconscious bias the harassment & actually take ownership working within the university with many different depts that do impact on our daily routine how l can actually speak up for My team & myself with other peoples attitudes , l can make myself & others including my team accountable as l have held myself over the years 28 - to be precise the beauty of this I can @ 68 this year say l love to embrace change & learn - living & working with 32 students daily 24/7 - is always something l try to do this is another tool in educating myself & dare l say it moving forward confidentially putting this new knowledge to good use in the right way - Thankyou

It was not onerous to complete this course, I found it helpful to be able to stop and start it when necessary. Initially I was concerned about having to take a test however my concerns were allayed as it was not too difficult.
