I found the course very informative and a really good opportunity for personal reflection and development. Thank you.
The course hypocritically asserts that diversity of thought is crucial, whilst pushing a singular viewpoint which goes well beyond the current boundaries of UK employment and equality law.It also makes the very kind of petty errors it seeks to lecture others on: "Don't assume people's behaviour and preferences etc. based on their backgrounds..." followed shortly after by "You may want to put the kettle on..."

Enjoyable training , plenty of information covering a wide range.
Whilst I found it a little patronising in places, it's useful as a reminder. It was very irritating when you want to relisten to one section, to have to relisten to everything past that point again; having no ability to go back to your original spot. Inability to redo the test when you make a mistake due to misreading the quesiton.
