I really felt I learnt a lot doing this course.
I found the initial scenario a bit odd. The coffee shop seemed to be a metaphor rather than a real case of equality equity and inclusion. Having a full menu, for example? and in the discrimination video, there was an example relating to age, in which it seemed to be said that not sending someone on an assignment because their age was x was a problem. But unless the assignment was age specific (not stated in the video) then the consideration of age itself is a bit off.
For someone of my age bracket it was useful to have highlighted current needs of modern workforce.
This course is certainly more engaging than a lot of e-learning I have undertaken. The way the content is delivered makes it interesting and applicable.
Helps to give some insight into things we may not be aware of.

Very good online course. Presenters are engaging and the explanations clear and the examples reinforcing. I liked the idea of suggesting a couple of breaks at suitable junctures.
