An extremely long and tedious experience. The depictions of negative behaviour, especially homophobia, were characterised as coming from white/ Anglo people: the bald middle-aged man and someone called 'Mike'. Bad attitudes and behaviour come from people of all races, backgrounds and ages. This was a lazy and biased presentation.

Great course but the obvious takeaway is just to be a decent human being..!
The course explained terms commonly used in the media, but not clearly understood by many people. The examples used helped with understanding of the law and good practice, which should encourage most people to take a second to think about how they think and behave currently.
