Perhaps you could start with a quiz so people's needs could be identified rather than put people with knowledge of the subject matter go through a long session.
A great engaging course that really makes you think about yourself and you role in making a change in the workplace. I have been in the sector over 20 years and I thought the content and delivery of this training was the best to date. Highly recommend.
