Covered everything well - made the distinction between legal obligation and best practice.
Although the course had 2 comfort breaks, which were very welcome, the content is not easily followed, 3 minute high intensity presentation of information is unusual in the previous courses and requires intense listening skills to absorb properly. Re-running video helped though. It may help to include a suggestion that, of necessity, the course may require this during the introduction presentation at the start of the video.
The speakers are precise and concise so the content comes across very well. I thought I was doing enough but learned that staying 'out of it' or staying silent is as bad as the problem in the first place. I thought the mosquito section was brilliant and a simple reminder little digs can add up and hurt really badly.
A very thorough course, one improvement would be to enable the video to be sped up - I could read the transcript probable 1.5 times quicker than the audio.
It has given me more knowledge of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
