Very informative. It has made me think harder on how i treat people. It is more relevant to people of my age and older who have grown up and worked in different circumstances than the ones described in this course than to the younger generation who have been brought up with this mindset.
Even though I don’t directly deal with customers/clients all the time it’s essential to be very aware of all the ways to avoid a possible problem with how you deal and speak to people. a Very informative course. Many thanks. Paul .
