Very well presented and educational
Course could have been shorter felt it went on a bit

I thought I already new all about Equality Diversity and Inclusion but I learned quite a lot such as the difference between equality and equity and also how to approach the question of pronouns when meeting transgender people.
Good eye opener and great information and guidelines, it give me a clearer thinking and mindset about Equality Diversity and Inclusions.
The training was excellent. I was happy to notice that the vast majority of what is covered has already carried over into general working life at Credit Style.
