Promotes fat shaming.

All bullying should be taken seriously! To repeatedly comment about the weight of a colleague in a degrading manner where they are unprotected is disgusting. This course is a shambles and if my employers hadn’t requested me take it I seriously wouldn’t and on the basis I would never recommend IHasco. Disgusting!

Good

It is good to know about work placement people's backgrounds and what to do in that situation

very clear, concise, flexible

The course was very clear, easy to understand and very informative at a good pace. It was also very flexible which is what I often need as often lone working and will need to stop if/when the phone rings. Was able to complete over a couple of days which is much appreciated. Had everything without being overwhelming

Ok but a bit long

it was ok and made some good points, however the point on self reflection and how would you feel if that was you scenario is only applicable to those who actually have empathy. There are quite a few people in workplaces who lack this trait and therefore are incapable of doing this. These people cannot be changed as their brains aren't wired correctly, but they must be included due to equality, diversity and inclusion!

Great Course which adds real value

This is a fabulous course with great content and keeps you fully engaged throughout. The only thing about the test at the end is that once you have selected your answer there should be an option to confirm as i wrongly selected an answer in error and i had no way of rectifying this mistake.
