it was ok and made some good points, however the point on self reflection and how would you feel if that was you scenario is only applicable to those who actually have empathy. There are quite a few people in workplaces who lack this trait and therefore are incapable of doing this. These people cannot be changed as their brains aren't wired correctly, but they must be included due to equality, diversity and inclusion!
Excellent
This is a fabulous course with great content and keeps you fully engaged throughout. The only thing about the test at the end is that once you have selected your answer there should be an option to confirm as i wrongly selected an answer in error and i had no way of rectifying this mistake.
it helped me a lot to learn work techniques, and what laws must be followed in order to feel good in the workplace, thank you
Enjoyed the training, really interesting, great flow and excellent, memorable examples. Appreciated inclusion of breaks (despite being online) and the extra information is very useful.
i personally find it hard to concentrate for the length of the course
