Relevant training given with effective examples explaining the various forms of discrimination in the work place and what can be done to minimise the chances of discrimination. There were good pointers for what can be done by colleagues to support those who may be facing discrimination and how to make the work place an inclusive environment that supports diversity and the postive aspects of a diverse work environment. Very helpful and informative.
