No chance of debate

Whilst I understand the need for a company to go down this line of training there does not seem to be any areas or possibilities where any feedback can be given regarding any areas of the course with the trainers. Sometimes challenging the narrative helps learners understand the course content more, debating the content often helps delgates reach the required responses.

Good simplified a confusing subject

Simplified a confusing subject and presented in good bite sized sections. Explanations and additional subject matter information was well worth reading. I certainly feel that it has made a positive impression on me. I will certainly be more aware of the language that I use and that of my colleagues.

5/5
Excellent

Covers all aspects of potential discrimination, including the legal aspects and self improvement. Clear and concise information, well presented and very useful in any workplace.

Good refresher

Pity that education do not use APL as someone who has to do this in their day job as well. There is also an inaccuracy in one of the examples which hopefully educators have realised, as could be fatal to a child with asthma. They do NOT take their preventer before doing sports, that is a long term steroid, they need to take their reliever.
