The EDI Training was comprehensive but easy to digest thanks to the modular approach. The course would benefit from a few more interactive elements and it would be useful to have a downloadable useful resources pack, containing the additional links throughout the course, at the end of the course. The videos were easy to understand and digest and the tests/quizzes throughout were useful to test knowledge on key topics and areas.

Again, I think the requirement to do all these courses is likely to put off some volunteers from continuing their application as a volunteer driver.
