A course for stating the obvious...

Not sure who this course is for unless you're overtly racist, homophobic or just a complete idiot. Another case of stating the obvious under the guise of HR training

Excellent, Informative Course

A very informative, comprehensive course. Thought-provoking and enlightening with 'knowledge checks' along the way. Would well recommend.

5/5
Clear, condensed, structured.

Essential information. Nothing unnecessary. Not overwhelming / inundated with information. Videos + transcripts worked very well. Additional information helpful. Test questions good.

good

this was a great course for the EDI. if you was unsure about EDI by the end of the course you had a greater knowledge.

Very interesting

Yes very good/interesting course. Lots of things I wouldn’t have thought about but will in future.

It is thorough

A problem with first Q and may reflect my misunderstanding: No gender identity can be the same. I said no meaning that my gender ID (female) can be the same as others who ID in this way. Why was this incorrect?

4/5
A useful summary

A useful review of being inclusive and awareness of others.

5/5
Very good

Very good, I found the terminology and categorising of types of discrimination quite complicated.

5/5
Comprehensive and easy to digest

The EDI Training was comprehensive but easy to digest thanks to the modular approach. The course would benefit from a few more interactive elements and it would be useful to have a downloadable useful resources pack, containing the additional links throughout the course, at the end of the course. The videos were easy to understand and digest and the tests/quizzes throughout were useful to test knowledge on key topics and areas.
