Did notice the complete absence of anyone over the age of 40/45
I found this to be a really enjoyable training course/experience to follow. Excellent graphics with easy to understand commentary.

I found the course informative, relevant and engaging. Nice use of a mix of tutor instructions, graphics, some interaction with quizzes and reflections as well as a pleasant relaxing environment. It was good to see links attached to the modules that I can use to further develop my understanding and application. It was a good idea to keep the topics in nice short bitesize chunks to allow me to complete areas and come back to others later.
