A thought-provoking delivery

Some elements of the course were presented in a way, or introduced concepts, that i found more thought-provoking than previous training courses

5/5
Use of good examples that are up-to-date

Scope and detail of the course are relevant and appropriate across organisations and a strong voice for leading a principle-led life in which we treat each other with dignity and respect.Perhaps there is a case for mentioning the role of Unconscious Bias in discrimination.

4/5
clearly presented and easy to understand

This was enjoyable and necessary training which assists colleagues and myself in the work context. The course was well presented and easy to follow.

5/5
Not interactive enough

As someone who has completed their CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management, I am well versed in the legislation related to EDI and the terms related to it. Not only that, but I have completed many mandatory trainings in EDI throughout my career. Therefore, I found it unnecessary that all videos were mandatory to watch and that it wasn't possible to skip straight to assessment. Additionally, I didn't find the course very interactive.

3/5
Postive and well presented

The explanations were put well. I liked the positive attitude of the training.
