i understand the need for EDI in the work place and i am somewhat offended by the fact that it is deemed appropriate to take an hour of my to drive the point home.The training is repetitive and could easily have been delivered in half the time. in fact had it been delivered in half the time, i feel more people would have left the training having learned something. such as how to apply the 'how would i feel?' technique and make use of it everyday. instead i fear many users will have switched off and will now consider this training to have been nothing more than a significant inconvenience to their day.

This training was very informative and gave great insight into how we all can help improve our work environment and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
