This course does point you in the right direction, to ensure people are treated as equals, with respect and dignity we all deserve. What if it was me is a simple direction!

This course has covered a wide range of topics and issues, and is comprehensive enough to help both employers and employees to develop effective strategies to improve and have a positive workplace.
It was an informative course but had quite a few words in it I didn’t understand I’m old school English and was never that good at English as a subject at school

The course was excellent. The presentation, explanation and visuals were very good with regular summaries of key points at the end of each section. Also guidance on best practice and practical advice on next steps. The test was also fair. I would recommend that all Trustees undertake this course and test on an annual basis. Lisa King
