I was happy doing the training and more importantly how to treat your colleagues respect and diversity in work place.
The sixty second think time is a great idea,and especially putting the boot on the other foot about what would I feel like if it was me getting bullied or talked about. I had no problems thinking about it. Let’s hope it has the same effect on other individuals.

Having done Equality training previously, I found this to be a good refresher course, but I think it would be very good for a person who was doing the training for the first time.
