Very informative and a useful training tool to improve the workplace
My terminology needed refreshing, I knew a lot of this new language from just working in a university but the training has really helped to solidify what I already knew as well as introducing me to new concepts, allowing me to be to be more inclusive and more mindful in the work place

An excellent course on a very important subject. The only downside is the length of the course, which means you need to complete it it bitesize chunks, which may be days or even weeks apart
Good Course however certain areas caused confusion, numerous discussions were had because of this confusion which is never a bad thing
