Simple to use and understand.

Most of the questions were fine, but not all. The question- your wellbeing is directly linked to how you are treated at work. The stats tell us that for every £1 organisation invests in the wellbeing of its people, they get at least__ return, and you had to choose an amount. I felt that was a ridiculous question. We need to absorb the information, and be confident at answering straight forward questions, I feel you are just trying to catch us out at times. This is not the first time I have mentioned this over the years.

Not really aligned with an applicant aim

I thought was the course in its entirety was good, but that most of the topics seemed to be aimed at employers and managers, especially the additional resources. Despite this, it did supply an insight to employees as to what constitutes harassment, victimization, inclusion, etc.. For a volunteer, I was not sure there was much relevance.

Refreshing and reassuring.

It is great to see these issues being taken seriously. I work with vulnerable residents all the time and like helping different types of people in the Library. I have learned more by repeating this material having done this module just last year.
