Much better than what I've seen in different companies. Not dry and boring, but informative and interesting.

Training is comprehensive but I feel that some of the questions in the test were too challenging, especially as they can be misread.

I personally felt that this course seems designed for those who are not directly discriminated against - it seems to be aimed towards people who may view discrimination but not be directly affected by it. It does seem less empathetic than if it was aimed towards people with protected characteristics. I feel it could be improved with some resources aimed towards people who's protected characteristics may be discriminated against. However, I think this is a decent start for people who may not have much experience with this topic before.
