Really impressed.
I think this course is really nicely done. The points are clear and memorable - because of how well they are presented. The test at the end is also useful to reinforce the learning.
The course was very informative and easy to understand.
Thorough explanation of more of a starter course of how we respect, see and treat others, help to improve equality in the workplace.
It was a good course, one of the best I have seen of this genre. The presentation, perhaps understandably, was in the context of private sector/commercial organisations whereas the major employers/service providers are in the public sector who may be interested in efficiency and productivity, but less interested in commercial growth as a driver. In that context the emphasis in the course was very much about employment and associated practices, and focused little on service provision. It is surely of paramount importance that all those in receipt of services (whether from the private or public sector) should feel included and dealt with fairly. In that particular context I would have liked to have seen a particular point on the rights of children and young people.

I enjoyed this training and as I believe every day is a school day and we are always learning and growing.

The training module was easy enough to follow and understand, but as mentioned at the last game by the stewards most of it was done for an office environment, although some could be used in our match day roles
Very refreshing as it made me think twice about how I treat and see others
