I liked that the course was broken into sections and there was time for breaks, I get distracted if it goes on for too long.

I felt insulted at halfway point, then was disappointed not to learn much if anything from it. I was hoping to learn how to deal with situations and people better, but felt all a learned was how to segment and classify the various groups of society, which is exactly counter to the aim of the course.

Decent it just takes long for most of it is common sense, but I thought it was anyway. Yes I got four questions wrong because I read it wrong but I probably got them right but maybe should be a bit more simplified. Let you take the test first and then see but other than that. No it was done quite well.
