It is very beneficial to work life, and there is some new things that I have learnt
Straightforward and well explained through the steps to completion. You can stop and start the course to suit you which is really convenient. The metaphors used to describe various scenarios are helpful with understanding. The course raised several areas and clarified things I was either unaware of or unsure of previously. Well worth doing!
