The course designed really help me with idea & direction to tackle real world side. Great information that I will put to use.

I enjoyed this course as it highlighted all aspects of course and made me think again how I would treat anyone put into uncomfortable situations.

I found this interesting. There were a lot of things I wasn't aware of included in this course.

I wished I had more time on my own and completed the training better but next time I will be better prepared

Good to gain an understanding of how to challenged your beliefs , perceived by others and how to perceive others and respect them

The training was very intense i.e very long, and could get quite boring, would of been better split into 2 parts.I found my mind drifting at times
