A decent coverage of a complex but important area. There’s always something new to learn

A huge amount of content to deal with all in one go; even with breaks. I was very confused at times with lots of complex jargon being bounded about; especially when approaching this subject matter at beginner level.
The course was interesting, relevant and thought provoking providing an excellent insight into the various aspects of equality and equity in the workplace. It was easy to take and and can be taken in sections to fit in with the work day.
several unnecessary videos telling us to take a break, or a short intro to a new topic which is repeated in the next video. timings shown against the content (e.g. 27mins for section 2) are inaccurate. whole course take closer to 2 hours if you read/watch the additional info.

Equality , Diversity and inclusion teach us to treat each and every member fairly and respecting them for their age , gender and cultural background
