Fairly straight forward

The training is insightful and informative but possibly to be more inclusive to a variety of learning styles possibly include more interactive resources rather than just talk and then do multiple choice.

I think everyone in this day and age should be aware of what this course content covers

This course hits the right mark between being detailed and at the same time covering all aspects of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. In order to do it justice you really need to allocate at least 4 hours - i.e. to make notes on the presentations (I did 19 pages of notes), to use the links which take you to additional documents and websites, and to take time to achieve lasting learning. At the end of the course you will be well-equipped to take the necessary action and explore the subject further if needed.

Very interesting and a lot of information that I was not aware of with regard to the Equality act. Made me think about how I treat others and how I have been treated by employers in the past. I will certainly reflect on this learning to make sure that I am kind and pleasant colleague to work with.

The course was well presented and interesting which helped me to stay focused. It helped me to understand what is required with regards of how to treat others in the work place fairly and in line with the regulations.
