Interesting

Would be good to be able to review all the questions at the end of the test.

Politicised

The best way to maintain equality and diversity is to focus on the individual and to treat that individual as an individual. By focussing on group identity, that intrinsically brings in philosophy which is no different than racism. The way transgender and gender identity have been presented as a social construct where the identity is not inherently linked to gender is in line with it being scientific fact. It is in fact not.

Very benificial course

I enjoyed learning about the new, updated information in this course.

5/5
The course does not reflect real life.

The course provides a "woke" view of the world. This is not my experience, nor any of my work collegues or friends experience. I have grown up in a multicultural environment, and identify as mixed race. This course does not reflect my experiences, and is incredibly partonising. It looks as if this course is written by someone with no real life experience.

Easy to understand and interesting

I found this clear and precise about the information and easy to understand also the scenarios helped me a lot to not confuse equity and equality. Very helpful

Clear info of tricky subject matter

Very concise delivery by all presenters involved, of info and subject matter of what is seemingly an increasingly sensitive area.

I felt the course was too long

Clear information on the videos however the course was too long and drawn out
