very informative and visually helpful

Being able to return and correct any wrong answers helps to remember the information and store it . Iound the subjects very interesting and made me more aware of each situation .

Good and interesting - essential

Important , but Essential for all in a position of authority, leadership or policy within any business. I knew the background on all the topics, but still learnt some new aspects, definition of terms, and some new ways of thinking about how others might relate to the workplace. Overriding messages were about inclusion, kindness, consideration. Interesting that there was no direct reference to culture within an organisation, although every aspect here needs to be reflected within the ways of working in any business or workplace.

Important for us all to remember

This was a good, nicely explained course, and I thought it was helpful to have a summary at the end of each section.

Informative

This course made me think more broadly about the protective characteristics in the Equality Act and the importance of all staff being respectful and kind to all.

a little dull on your own

It may be a personal choice but I prefer to have training where the content can be discussed with others. It just helps with my understanding and I feel I take more in. It's more interesting to hear other people experiences especially with this type of topic.
