Takes longer than stated.
I valued the empathy in this course, putting yourself into others' shoes and hearing and seeing examples in diagrams, animations and acted scenes. It was visual but also interactive, by asking you to imagine things and answer questions. Thank you!
This has helped refresh my knowledge and also learnt new areas within Equality,Diversity and Inculsion.
High lighted the need for equality and diversity in the workplace and everyday like it was upto date and covered the relevant legislation
these lesson is making all the employees know of hidden things and as well make them take their rightful steps
