it was good
the content was good, although it took far too long and became teadious by the end.
dealt with all manner of situations regarding the topic in an interesting and educational way.
ITS THIS ANY BODY SHOULD KNOW ,
This is overly ambitious in its remit - unless you are a lawyer. Moreover, the presentation style is highly didactic - bordering on smugly authoritarian at times. Fortunately, we live in a free market liberal democracy. This piece acknowledges as 'footnotes' the legally enshrined exceptions and caveats in all that is being said and yet it is delivers 'bias' in not sufficiently recognizing and emphasizing the socio-economic reality of our western state democracies. We are members of a competitive human 'race' and, in short, this adds up to some 'London bubble'. I would venture that the German socio economic model here at Jungheinrich is a better example. The German 'mittelstand' model in apolitically organizing private enterprise as a buffer against socialist or national socialist state tyranny - which all this can lead to if left 'unchecked' - is a framework to champion and cause for individuals to reflect more in terms of their responsibilities and their performance as distinct from their to be acknowledged and to be respected rights. Germany is increasingly demonstrating it has learned Vergangenheitsbewältigung ("to overcome the past") in terms of its 'balance' but have we here in the UK?
The course covered the topic well but it could have been more engaging and interactive. I felt it would have been better delivered with more engaging graphics rather than a presenter on screen talking.
I thought the course was very good and covered alot of situations within the work place
Great course .. easy to follow and I learnt and revised my knowledge of EDI. I particularly liked the additional links to further resources and information.
