An interesting Course, Could have been a bit more informational e.g. if the actors in the small videos actually spoke and gave wrong & right scenario's to help make the course stick in peoples minds who have low attention spans to sitting for long periods listening to information rather than watching something unfold.

Learnt a lot from this course. More understanding of the terminology regarding each subject and the way in which actions can effect other people.
I have attended training courses on this subject many times over the years, but this course was able to cover the subject extremely well in under an hour. I rarely 'enjoy' training, but this was well worth it, highly recommend.
