Common sense

I thought it was common sense to treat people equally. Although I might not follow what happens in the world, i know how to treat people and if i dont agree with them or come to some common ground then i walk away before a siutation develops. People are easily offended, I must admit i was one like that but i grew up and came to tbe conclusion this is what humans are like, they can be vile and mean so for me i ignore it ans move on with life. I used to get bullied alot so know from experience, i get discriminated against all the time as i have dyslexia but i continue moving forward. Life is a battle, just need to keep growing as an individual

Great - and accurate!

Good to see EEDI training that uses all the legal terminology accurately as well as discussing elements that are outside the legal framework.

Overall, I was disappointed.

I took this EDI course and was disappointed. The course was supposed to teach us about the importance of EDI in the workplace, but it was mostly just a lecture on the obvious. The lecturer didn't seem interested in engaging with me or challenging my thinking. The course was also very focused on British people, but I suppose this is fine being in the UK.

Thorough

A longer training session, but a vital one. Evokes reflection throughout and creates the opportunity to questions past, present and future practices.
