The trainers spoke clearly and made the experience easier to absorb quite a lot of information. I now have at the tools to help me be better in the workplace, and improve situations that need improving and reinforce the ones that do.

This course was not engaging and should have been divided into smaller sections to keep participants interest. Important topics covered but to take more than 2 hours to complete during other working activities is unnecessary. Generally I have found the IHasco courses a useful tool but not this one
